From measure to install.
Four stages, one signed drawing. A kitchen is a drawing you approve, then we build to it.

The sequence.
Four stages. We give you the timeline at the drawing stage.
Measure
A designer comes to your home, measures every wall, notes ceiling heights and appliance locations, and listens to how you use the space. Two hours, no charge, no pressure. We bring a laser measure and leave with everything we need to draw.
Draw
We dimension the elevation in the showroom, set door style and finish, work out every run and filler, and hand you a fixed written estimate tied to the drawing. You review it, ask questions, and sign. Nothing is ordered until you do.
Order
We order direct from the factory, Shiloh, Eclipse, Fabuwood, or Vita, at authorized pricing with no middleman markup. The factory warranty is issued in your name, not ours, and we give you the lead-time window before we submit the order.
Install
Installation is contracted through our sister company Quick Remodels (MHIC #133088) and completed to the signed drawing. Santiago walks the finished project with you at completion. Full remodels beyond cabinetry are handled by Quick Remodels as well.
You sign the drawing, not a promise.
Every dimension is resolved before we place the order. The fixed written estimate is tied to what you see on the drawing, no open line items.
How the four stages work, in plain terms.
Every Bethesda Cabinets project starts with a free two-hour in-home measure. A designer comes to your house, not a measuring service, the same person who will draw your kitchen takes the walls, notes every outlet, soffit, window, and appliance opening, and asks how you cook. No charge, no commitment required.
The drawing session
After the measure we meet in the showroom. You walk the working displays of Shiloh and Eclipse doors, pick your door style and finish with samples in hand, and we draw the elevation against your actual wall dimensions. By the end of the session you have a dimensioned drawing and a fixed written estimate. The estimate is not a range, it is the number. You sign the drawing to authorize the order; until then, nothing moves.
Factory-direct authorized order
We are authorized dealers for Shiloh, Eclipse, Fabuwood, and Vita. That means we order direct from each factory at authorized pricing, no distributor between us and the mill. The factory warranty is issued in your name, not ours, so if a door or box has a defect two years from now you have the same standing as a commercial account. We give you the lead-time window before we submit so you can plan your kitchen downtime.
Installation to the signed drawing
The installation works from the signed drawing, with the elevation in hand the whole time. Because the drawing resolved every filler and appliance gap in advance, install day is execution, not problem-solving.
Adjustments after installation
Wood moves with humidity, and hinges drift with daily use. Door hinges and drawer faces are built to be adjusted, so if anything shifts after installation, contact us and we will look at it.
Full remodels with Quick Remodels
If your project goes beyond cabinetry, flooring, tile, plumbing, electrical, drywall, we coordinate with our sister company, Quick Remodels, who handles the full scope. You deal with one point of contact across both trades, and the cabinetry timeline is built into the remodel schedule from the start.
Serving Montgomery County, DC, and Northern Virginia
We design out of 7801 Old Georgetown Rd in Bethesda and install across the DMV, Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Potomac, Rockville, NW DC, and the close-in Virginia suburbs. The in-home measure is free anywhere in our service area.
The lines, up close.
Shiloh and Eclipse line examples, the cabinetry we draw and order for clients, plus our Bethesda showroom.

Frequently Asked Questions
The three we hear most about the process, answered straight.
How long does a kitchen take from start to finish?
We give you the timeline at the drawing stage, before you order, so you know what to expect and can plan accordingly. It depends on the line and finish.
What exactly do I approve before you order?
Two things: a dimensioned elevation drawing with every box, door, hinge layout, and appliance gap resolved, and a fixed written estimate tied to that drawing. The estimate is not a range, it is the number. Nothing is ordered until you sign both. If you want to change the door style or add a run after signing, we revise the drawing and update the estimate before resubmitting.
Do you install, or just sell the cabinets?
Installation is contracted through our sister company Quick Remodels (MHIC #133088) and completed to the signed drawing, and Santiago walks the finished project with you at completion. Full kitchen remodels that go beyond cabinetry, tile, plumbing, electrical, are handled by Quick Remodels too.
