Privacy Policy
How Bethesda Cabinets handles the details you share through this website. Last updated October 13, 2026.
What we collect
When you ask for a free estimate or send a quick question, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number and message, plus the page you sent it from. We also record the time of the submission and your IP address and browser type, which help us stop spam.
How we use it
We use your details to answer your question, arrange your design visit and prepare your estimate. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Who sees it
Your message goes to the Bethesda Cabinets team and to our sister company, Quick Remodels, LLC, which installs our cabinets. We send you an automatic email to confirm we received your request. The website and its form storage run on Cloudflare, and our emails are delivered through Amazon Web Services.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to see how the site is used so we can improve it, and Google Ads to measure which ads bring visitors who contact us. None of these load until you click Accept on the cookie banner. If you click Reject, or leave without choosing, no analytics or advertising cookies are set and nothing is sent to Google or Microsoft.
Your choice is stored in a cookie named bc_consent for one year. To change it, clear that cookie in your browser and the banner will appear again on your next visit. If you accept, Google and Microsoft receive information about how you use the site under their own privacy policies.
Spam protection
Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is sending them.
How long we keep it
We keep your request for as long as we need it to answer you and to keep records of our projects. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you have sent us. Email info@bethesdacabinets.com or call (240) 444-6161, and we will act on your request unless we must keep a record for legal or accounting reasons.
